Terms & Conditions
This is a legally binding agreement between you, the user and will be referred as (“Client”) throughout the terms and conditions and “we”, “us” and “our” will refer to Lyfestyle Detailing. “Parties” is referred to both the client and Lyfestyle Detailing.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any decisions. By assessing or using any part of the site, booking or purchasing a service / product from us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then no further access of our website or any service we provide is required.
In consideration of us providing expertise and services, and the client receiving and providing compensation for the expertise and services, the Parties agree to the following:
1. General terms and conditions.
• Removal of any personal belongings, baby seats, booster seats, car seat covers, steering wheel covers, and valuables prior to the scheduled detail as we are not responsible for removing any of the items mentioned above and are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
• We will not remove, move or replace any seat covers or child seats or restraint systems. We ask that the client removes any seat covers, child seats or restraint systems prior to the detail. If left in the vehicle, we are not responsible for not cleaning underneath these seats but we will do our absolute best to work around them
• We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone for any reason at any time
• We reserve the right to close or shorten hours of operation due to business needs or unpredictable weather conditions.
• Quality and condition of the vehicles paint, windows, carpets, seats, seat covers, floor mats, roof lining, plastics, rubber and vinyl can affect the work provided. We cannot always guarantee 100% a full clean as somethings may need replacing due to the condition and quality.
• We will not be held responsible for any poor, loose or broken fitting parts on the vehicle’s exterior / interior. Please make all discrepancies known to us prior to the detail.
• We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing mechanical, electrical or other damages caused after the detail.
• We will not be held responsible for removing any 4×4 accessories or modifications such as roof racks, awnings, snorkels, rooftop tents, racks, or anything related to these accessories & modifications.
• The Client is solely responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, items, or any other contents from the vehicle’s glovebox, centre console, door pockets, under-seat storage, boot/trunk, and all other storage compartments prior to the commencement of the detailing service. If personal belongings, valuables, items or other contents are not removed, we reserve the right to limit or exclude cleaning of the affected areas to avoid any risk of damage or loss. Clients are strongly advised to remove all such items to ensure a complete and thorough detail.
• Cleaning of ute trays, tubs, load beds, or any open cargo/utility areas is not included in any standard service packages or detailing options. Clients who require these areas to be cleaned must specifically request this service at the time of booking (or prior to the appointment). An additional fee will apply for tray/tub cleaning, and the exact cost will be quoted and agreed upon before work commences.
• We reserve the right to decline cleaning of tray/tub areas if: The tray/tub is excessively soiled, contaminated with hazardous substances, or contains items that pose a safety risk; The condition would unreasonably extend the service duration beyond what was anticipated. In such cases, we will discuss alternatives or additional charges with the client prior to proceeding. Failure to request tray/tub cleaning in advance means these areas will remain untreated as part of the booked service.

The information provided on this website or any third-party links including but not limited to text, images, pricing, service descriptions, and any other content, is for general informational purposes only. We strive to keep the information accurate, complete, and up to date, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information on this site.
Any reliance you place on the information from this website is strictly at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising from the use of or reliance on such information.
This website may include historical data, testimonials, or references to past services. Such historical information is not necessarily current and is provided solely for reference.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content on this website at any time without prior notice. However, we are under no obligation to update or maintain the information. It is your responsibility to regularly review this website for any changes. Your continued use of the site following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Services
• We agree to perform the following services for the client for which is paid for
• We will not provide any further services that is not paid for
• If there is clear evidence the following services were not provided for the client or provided in a poorly manner, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unfinished portion of the service free of charge
• The client has only a 48-hour period to submit a claim of the service that was not provided or done at an unsatisfactory level. Pictures and clear evidence must be sent via text or email. Any time after the 48-hour period we do not take any responsibility for any services that were not provided or provided at a unsatisfactory level
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue, modify, or remove any product, service, or offering at any time without prior notice.
• Any offer, promotion, or availability of products or services on this website is void where prohibited by law.
• We make no warranties or guarantee, express or implied that the quality, performance, or results of any products, services, information, or materials provided or obtained by you will meet your expectations or requirements. Additionally, we do not warrant that any errors, defects, or issues in our services will be corrected. All services and products are provided on an “as is” basis.
4. Deposits and booking security
• Certain services or packages may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit prior to the agreed date and time. Failure to pay the deposit in advance will result in the booking being released and potentially allocated to another client.
• For all ceramic coating services, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers the cost of job-specific products, which are ordered individually for each appointment.
• All deposits must be paid through a secure electronic payment link provided to you in advance. Your requested date and time slot is not reserved or held until payment is received and confirmed. Until then, the slot remains available for other clients to book.
• All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to procure materials and mitigate potential losses from cancellations. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, consider offering a full or partial refund.
• We reserve the right to decline any request for a full or partial refund at any time and for any reason, even if the request is made prior to the scheduled booking. • Bookings spanning multiple days for a vehicle (or multiple vehicles) may require a non-refundable deposit to protect against potential losses due to cancellation.
• In the event of cancellation by the client, whether before or after the scheduled booking, no full or partial refund will be provided.
• The Client may reschedule their confirmed booking once at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• Any further rescheduling requests (beyond the first complimentary reschedule) will incur an additional non-refundable fee equal to 10% of the total agreed booking cost. This fee is payable at the time the second or subsequent rescheduling request is made and will be added separately to the total amount due. Failure to pay this fee will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.
• Clients may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any rescheduling request if the proposed new date or time does not suit our schedule or operational requirements. In such cases, the original booking terms, including any applicable deposits and cancellation policies, will remain in full effect.
5. Clients own risk
• During the washing and cleaning process, the removal of dirt, grime, and debris from the vehicle’s paintwork, rubber floor mats, interior plastics, and vinyl surfaces may reveal previously concealed imperfections, such as dents, paint chips, deep scratches, or discoloration. We shall not be held responsible for any such pre-existing damage or discoloration that becomes visible as a result of the cleaning.
• All vehicle cleaning and detailing services are performed at the owner’s own risk. The client acknowledges that their vehicle must be in a condition suitable to withstand standard professional cleaning processes.
• Engine bay detailing involves inherent risks, as moisture may come into contact with electrical components, potentially leading to temporary or other malfunctions. This service is provided exclusively at the owner’s risk, and we accept no liability for any faults, damages, or issues arising from or related to engine bay detailing.
• We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing mechanical issues or damages after an engine bay detail and the client agrees an engine bay detail service can be a liability to any mechanical & electrical components.
• We conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to commencing detailing services. However, accumulated dirt, grime, and debris can effectively conceal certain imperfections, making them difficult to identify initially. Should any issues be discovered during this inspection, we will promptly notify the client. By proceeding with our services, the client agrees that we shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage, imperfections, or discoloration on the vehicle.
6. Pricing
• Our prices are based on starting from and are subject to change depending on the condition of your vehicle or extra needed work to complete the service
• Our prices on services or products are subject to change at any time without any notice, at our sole discretion • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all of our services (or any portion or feature thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice.
• We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price adjustment, suspension, or permanent discontinuance of the services.
• Upon arrival, we will inspect your vehicle. If its condition exceeds normal use (e.g., excessive dirt, grime, or contamination), we may apply additional charges for the extra time, labor, and specialized products required to achieve the desired results. Any such fees will be clearly discussed and quoted to you before work begins, and you may accept the revised price or cancel the appointment (subject to our cancellation policy).
• Additional charges may also apply for specific conditions requiring extra attention, including excessive pet hair, heavy sand/dirt/crumbs, thick grime, stubborn stains, biohazards (such as vomit, urine, feces, or blood), mould, or strong odors. These charges will be agreed upon prior to starting work. Refusal to pay agreed additional charges may result in service cancellation, with the vehicle returned in its original condition.
• Payment for all services is due in full immediately upon completion of the detailing work, unless a prior written agreement (such as pre-approved invoicing or payment plan) has been made. If the client refuses to pay or fails to make payment when due:
• We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle or vehicle keys until full payment is made
• Late payments after 48 hours will accrue interest fees
• The client will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting the outstanding amount, including but not limited to collection agency fees, attorney fees, court costs, and any lien filing or enforcement expenses.
• Failure to pay may also result in the matter being referred to a collection agency and/or reported to credit reporting agencies, which may affect the client’s credit rating.
• Clients are encouraged to discuss any payment concerns prior to or immediately after service completion to avoid these measures.
• Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Third party apps, services & links
Certain content, products, and services available through our car detailing services or website may incorporate or include materials provided by third parties.
This website may contain links to external third-party websites or resources that are not owned, operated, or affiliated with us. We do not review, monitor, or evaluate the content, accuracy, or completeness of these third-party sites, and we make no warranties, express or implied regarding their materials, products, services, or practices.
We shall not be liable or responsible for any harm, loss, or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from or related to:
• Your access to or use of third-party websites, content, products, or services.
• Any purchases, transactions, or interactions you conduct with third parties.
It is your responsibility to carefully review the terms, conditions, privacy policies, and practices of any third-party website or provider before engaging in any transaction or sharing personal information. Any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions about third-party products, services, or websites should be directed solely to the respective third party
8. User content, feedback and conduct
We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content (including comments, reviews, feedback, or other materials) that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any third party’s intellectual property rights or these Terms & Conditions.
By submitting any content to our website or services, you agree that such content will not:
o Infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights.
o Contain defamatory, libelous, unlawful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
o Include any computer viruses, malware, or other harmful code that could impair the functionality of our services, website, or any related systems.
You further agree not to:
o Use a false email address or contact information;
o Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
o Mislead us or any third parties regarding the origin or authenticity of your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness. We assume no responsibility and disclaim any liability for any user-submitted content posted by you or any third party.
9. No Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies, rules, or guidelines posted on our website or provided in connection with our services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They govern your use of our car detailing services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, proposals, or understandings whether oral or written between you and us, including any previous versions of these Terms & Conditions.
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed against us as the drafting party.
Privacy Policy
At Lyfestyle Detailing, we prioritize the protection of your privacy. Any personal information collected is used exclusively to deliver our services and manage your bookings. We will never share your data with external parties without your explicit permission, unless mandated by legal requirements. To safeguard our team’s privacy, we may temporarily disable dash cameras or any in-vehicle recording devices during service.
